Her gravestone gives her birth date as 1 Jan 1826, but the censuses are consistent that she was born about 1834 to 1836.

Carter Co., Ky marriage records list the marriage on 20 Jan 1858 of Henry Harris, age 18, born in Johnson Co., to Ann Clark, age 23, born in Montgomery Co., both residents of Carter Co.

1860 census of Carter Co., Ky, enumerated 22 June, lists on p. 34 as family #247/207:
H. C. Harris, age 21, farmer; Ann, 23; Mary A., 1. All born in Kentucky.

1870 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Christy Creek precinct, enumerated 14 June, lists on p. 15 as family #93:
