Bowling, Haldeman, Ky, burial in Christian Cemetery.
His gravestone has the dates 2 Dec 1867 - 9 Sep 1934. Since he was listed as age 3 in the 1870 census, I am inclined to believe the earlier date.

The living children count seems inconsistent with the number of children listed, who are all Sallie’s. They must have misinterpreted the question as asking for the number of deceased children.
