The reported birthdate seems unlikely if her brother Virgil was really born in March 1919, since there are only 7 months in between. Also she was recorded in the 1920 census as age 2 years 5 months on 1 Jan 1920, and there are no births recorded for this family in 1918 in the Kentucky birth index.

So I am going to assume, pending further evidence, that she is the child listed in the birth index as Virgil born 22 June 1917, which fits her age in the censuses.
