Her death certificate states Elizabeth Brown, age 81 years 3 months, born May 24, 1872 in Elliott Co., Ky, died 12 Sep 1953 in Sharkey, Rowan Co., Ky, married, father Pete Brown, mother’s maiden name Minerva Clark, cause of death cerebral hemorhage due to arteriosclerosis and hypertension, informant Mrs. Sherman Brown, burial in Mt. Pisgah cemetery.
