His gravestone has his name as Clella Burns Porter.

Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 8, p. 155, records the marriage on 27 April 1914 of Clella Porter, age 25, farmer, residence Elliottsville, born in Morgan Co., son of S. J. & Eliza Porter, to Adda Williams, age 18, residence Elliottsville, born in Rowan Co., daughter of W. W. & Rebecca Williams, at W. Williams by S. J. Porter, witnesses Nora Williams and Lona Porter, bond surety by W. L. Hudgins.

1920 census of Kanawha Co., West Virginia, Union district, enumerated 2 Jan, lists on p. 2B as family #45, at 1303 19th St, Nitro:

It looks like “Nadine” was originally written in the line below Cloma, then it was scribbled out and her husband’s name was written on top of it, but it is not possible to tell what that name was.
