The Ohio deaths index lists Grover C. Ramey, age 75, died 27 Oct 1960 at long-term care facilities in Mansfield, Richland Co., Ohio, residence Richland Co., widowed.
Be careful not to confuse him with Grover Cleveland Ramey born 7 Aug 1884 in Pike Co., Kentucky, who married Cora Slone, and died 25 Feb 1967 in Pike Co., Ky, or with Grover Cleveland Ramey born 11 Feb 1888 in Harrison Co., Ky, who married Mattie E. Sydnor, and died 11 Nov 1972 in Campbell Co., Ky. (The former is easily confused because they are only 6 months apart in age, and the latter because they both had wives named Mattie.)
