Ky, widowed, died 11 Dec 1919 in Bath Co., Ky, cause of death lobar pneumonia, informant Van Norris, Salt Lick, Ky, burial in Dickerson graveyard.

Menifee Co. marriage records list the marriage on 23 Jan 1875 of Wm T. Sexton, residence Menifee Co., born Morgan Co., age 30, minister, to Catherine Staton, residence Menifee Co., age 21, born Kentucky, father born Virginia, mother born in Kentucky.
The age fits best for this William to be the one who was the son of Benjamin Sexton III and Delila Lowry, but the 1850 census gave the middle initial of that William as A, not T, and also that William Sexton was born in Bath County, so far as I know. So Catherine’s husband might instead be the William born ca 1842 who was the son of Stephen B. Sexton. That family was in Bath Co. in 1840, but in Morgan Co. in 1850. There was also a William Sexton born in 1841, son of William Sexton and Mary McVey. (All three Williams are first cousins.)
