1880 census of Boone Co., West Virginia, Scott district, enumerated 21 June, lists on p. 21 as family #181/182:
Miller, St. Clair, 30, farmer; Buly Ann, 26, wife; Wm F., 5, son; Letha Bell, 4, dau; Charles, 2, son; Eliza Ann, 9/12, b. Sept, dau. All listed as born WV WV WV.
Since West Virginia was not established until 1863, presumably for births before that date they mean one of the counties of Virginia which became part of West Virginia.
1900 census of Boone Co., West Virginia, Scott district, enumerated 20 June, lists on p. 17A as family #252/253:

*In the line for Leota, “Charles” has been overwritten with “Leota”, making the combined name look rather like Chotes, which is how Ancestry indexed it, and the gender column says FM. I believe the Mar 1878 / 22 may also be his data rather than hers, since in the 1880 census Charles was listed as 2 and Leota as 4, and in 1910 Leota was listed as 34.
