Since this whole family was born in Massachusetts, they are clearly no relation to me, and therefore I am not really interested in finding out their ancestry. But it is useful to have them and their close descendants in my database anyway, so that I can look up them up to see which of the Rowan County Clarks are related to me and which aren’t.

Theirs is probably the marriage recorded in the online database “Massachusetts Marriages, 1633-1850”, as Lewis H. Clark and Mary Wright, New Marlborough precinct, Berkshire Co., Massachusetts, on 18 Feb 1843. “Zenas” could be misread as Lewis if the Z was the form without a tail, and there is no marriage record for any other bride Mary to a Clark groom in the right time and place, and there is no Lewis Clark listed in the 1850 census of Berkshire Co. Also there was a James Wright age 23 living with Zenas and Mary in 1850, who might be a brother.
