Her gravestone is inscribed Malvina McCormick, born Sep 9, 1855, died Jan 12, 1926. I cannot find her in the Kentucky death records, not even looking at all deaths in the whole state on that day (in case the name was indexed totally wrong, as sometimes happens.)
