1870 census of Pearce precinct, Rowan Co., Ky, enumerated 16 June, lists on p. 4 as family #26:
Ginter, Daniel, 25; Martha, 25; Henry, 5; James, 3; John, 9/12, b. Sep; Hardin, Nancy, 64. All listed as born in Kentucky, although it is inconsistent with other records for Nancy. (Nancy Hardin, nee Crose, is the widow of Isaac Hardin Sr. Martha is their daughter, although her age is inconsistent here with other reconrds. Nancy and Isaac’s son Isaac Jr. and daughter Mary were in the next household, along with Isaac’s wife also named Mary, and marked as married in May of the current year.)
