His death certificate records Denton Collins, age 33 years 11 months 27 days, born 13 June 1912 in Clearfield, Ky, died 10 June 1945 in Clearfield, Rowan Co., Ky, occupation Press Failer (?) at Lee Clay Products tile plant, married, wife Vada May Collins age 28, father Sam Collins, mother’s maiden name Corda Johnson, both born in Morgan Co., Ky, cause of death pulmonary tuberculosis, informant Vada Collins, Clearfield, Ky, burial in Caudill Cemetery.
