The Ohio deaths database lists Fern Day, age 89, born 25 May 1917 in Kentucky, died 17 Mar 2007, residence Adams Co., Ohio, father’s surname Foster, marital status divorced, 8th grade or less education, occupation home health care worker.
Since she was listed as 3 years 6 months in the 1920 census, taken in January, the actual year of birth would be between the two dates reported in these death records. I cannot find her in the birth index, though, so I do not know if the 25th or the 14th is correct.
