Her death certificate records Mrs. Amanda Roberts, age 71 years 3 months, born March 1856 in Ky, died 5 Jun 1927 in Soldier, Carter Co., Ky, died 5 June 1927, father Jesse Stegal, mother’s maiden name Martha Carter, cause of death killed by train, informant Andy Roberts, Soldier, Ky.
