Her gravestone as surveyed by the Rowan County Historical Society says Orlena Hazel Smedley, born 14 Aug 1929, died 16 Aug 1929. The year of birth is probably an error in the cemetery survey, but the day may be an error in the death certificate (entering 2 in the months column instead of the days column.)
