His WW I draft registration card, filed 5 June 1917, records Jeff Brown, age 23, residence Bangor, Ky, born 25 July 1894 in Morehead, Ky, occupation farming, married supporting a wife and 3 children.
He was listed in the censuses as age 7 born Jun 1892 in 1900, and as age 18 in 1910, so the year of birth is probably incorrect.
The SSDI lists Jeff Brown, born 25 July 1891, died May 1970, last residence Morehead, Rowan Co., Ky.
The Kentucky death index lists Jeff Brown, age 78, died 1 May 1970 in Rowan Co.
His gravestone also says that he was born 1891, but I suspect that 1892 is the correct date.
He was listed in the censuses as age 7 born Jun 1892 in 1900, and as age 18 in 1910, so the year of birth is probably incorrect.

Birth records of their children are consistent in spelling her name as Sweeney, though.
