His death certificate records Allie Manning, age 24 years 15 days, born 3 July 1891 in Bath Co., Ky, died 19 July 1917 in Fleming Co., Ky, married, occupation farmer, father Jeff Manning born in Carter Co., Ky, mother’s maiden name Mary Francis Guy, born in Rowan Co., Ky, cause of death cancer of ascending colon, informant Jeff Manning, Hillsboro, Ky, burial at Mt. Vernon.
Note that the birthdate in the certificate is inconsistent with the reported age at death. The birthdate implied by the age is the same as the one recorded on the draft registration.
