Her death certificate records Nannie B. Wells, age 71 years 3 months 23 days, born 16 Aug 1871 in Menifee Co., Ky, died 9 Dec 1948 in Middletown, Butler Co., Ohio, married, wife of Farmer H. Wells, age 72, father James M. Ginter, mother’s maiden name Keddlia Myher, both born in Kentucky, cause of death cerebral hemorrhage, informant Mrs. Arthur Wells, Dayton, Ohio, burial in Ginter Cemetery, Yale, Ky.
Note that the reported age and birthdate are inconsistent; the birthdate would imply an age of 77, and conversely the age at death would imply a birthdate of 17 Aug 1877. The 1880 census listed her as age 3, and the 1900 census listed her as age 22 born Aug 1877, so somebody probably got the age and year of birth swapped.
