Her gravestone says Mintie Caskey, Dec 31, 1891 - Feb 20, 1955.
The 1900 census has her birthdate as Dec 1890.
Be careful not to confuse her with the two Minta Skaggs born in March 1892, one the daughter of Andrew L. Skaggs and Linnie Susan Scaggs of Elliott and Boyd counties, and the other the daughter of John Skaggs of Lawrence Co., Ky. Both of those were still single and living with their parents in the 1910 census.
The 1900 census has her birthdate as Dec 1890.
Be careful not to confuse her with the two Minta Skaggs born in March 1892, one the daughter of Andrew L.
