Magoffin Co., Ky, marriage records list the marriage on 3 July 1883 of James E. Estep and Francis Williams.

I cannot find this family in the 1900 census. In 1910 Francis is living in Farmers, Rowan Co., Ky, with their daughter Stella. She is listed as married, but James is not with the household. According to the Estep mailing list at Rootsweb, he left the family and moved to West Virginia.
