Be careful not to confuse him with his first cousin of the same name born 23 Dec 1860, son of Thomas Grayson and Elizabeth Moore.
His death certificate records Deen Grayson, age 66 years 16 days, born 19 July 1860 in Bath Co., died 5 Aug 1926 in Farmers, Rowan Co., Ky, married, father Jarsh Grason, mother’s maiden name Suzana Grayson, both born in Ky, cause of death tuberculosis bowls, informant Willie Grayson, Farmers, Ky, burial in Carey Cemetery.
I don’t know where the name or title “Deen” comes from, but the dates are the same as those inscribed on a stone in Carey Cemetery with the name “S. B. Grayson”.
