This is apparently the same daughter who is listed in the 1920 census as Myrtle A. Stamper. (Twins seem unlikely, since there is no birth record for Myrtle, and no death record for Ethel.)
Her death certificate records Myrtle Stamper, age 17 years 9 months, born 18 July 1911 in Morgan Co., died 28 April 1938 in Blaze, Morgan Co., Ky, single, father Carter Stamper, born in Letcher Co., mother’s maiden name Clearinda McClurg, born in Rowan Co., cause of death dropsy, informant Clearinda Stamper, burial in Cassity Cemetery.
