A delayed death certificate was also filed in Feb 1920, marked as duplicate, for a daughter, name not recorded, age 9 months, born 3 June 1919 (corrected to 1918) in Morgan Co., Ky, died 11 Mar 1919 in Panthers Branch, Morgan Co., father Jeff Brewer, mother’s maiden name Sarah Link, both born in Ky, cause of death flue, informant Jeff Brewer, burial info blank.
These are probably variant recordings of the same child, perhaps based on difficult to transcribe rough notes. It may even be that the correct birthdate is in January 1919 and that she was only 3 months old, since the ages appear to be calculated backward from the birthdate. A three month old infant would be more likely to be unnamed.
