The Kentucky birth index lists Hobert Hoskins, born 10 Mar 1916 in Breathitt Co. (a misindexing11 of Rowan Co.), mother’s maiden name Lizzie Jones, certificate Vol. 33, #16259.
It also lists Haleah Hoskins, born 10 Mar 1916 in Breathitt Co., mother’s maiden name Lizzie Jones, certificate Vol. 128, #63804.
It is probable that one of these is a correction to the other, since birth certificates for twins are usually consecutively numbered. Also, there is no twin for Hobert in the 1920 census, and I cannot find any matching death record.
His death certificate records Hobart Hoskins, age 34, born 10 March 1916 in Rowan Co., Ky, died 31 Dec 1950 in rural Mason Co., Ky, usual residence Fortville, Indiana, occupation solderer for Guide Lamp Co., divorced, father Noah Hoskins, mother’s maiden name Lizzie ?, cause of death skull fracture due to auto accident on Rt. 11, Mason Co., Ky, overturned auto, informant Freddie E. Jones, burial in Jones Cemetery, Rowan Co., Ky.
