The Kentucky birth index lists Thomas C. Gregory, born 4 Apr 1930 in Rowan Co., mother’s maiden name Sara Link. It is a delayed certificate, filed in 1943. The reported birthdate conflicts with that on his death records, which give his birthdate as 1929. Usually I give more weight to birthdates reported earlier in life, but since his brother George was born in March 1931, the 1929 birthdate seems more likely. (I wish I could find this family in the 1930 census.)
