The 1880 census, taken in June, lists a son Flem age 10 months, born July 1879, but all other records suggest a birthdate between 1881 and 1885. I do not know whether the later records are incorrect, or if Henry and Lettie had a son Fleming born in 1879 who died as a baby, and they reused the name for their next son, born in July of some later year.

His WW II draft registration card, filed 27 Apr 1942, records Flem Ingle, age 57, residence R.R. #3, 29th D Ave, New Castle, Henry Co., Indiana, born 20 July 1884 in Prairie Co., Kentucky, nearest relative Garnford Ingle, same address, employer New York Central Railroad, New Castle, Henry Co., Ind, height 5’7”, 128 lbs, hazel eyes, gray hair, light complexion.
