His WW II draft registration card, filed in 1942, records Charles Fraley, age 55, born 27 Aug 1886 in Greenup Co., Ky, residence 30 Locust, Xenia, Greene Co., Ohio, nearest relative Cora Fraley, same address.
Several online family trees identify Cora’s husband with the Charles Fraley born 3 Nov 1882 or 1883 in Floyd Co., died 26 Dec 1966 in Floyd Co., son of William Fraley and Ellen Baldridge. But it seems more likely that is the Charles Fraley who was listed as age 38 single in Pike Co. in 1920, as a boarder with Arthur and Belle Sturgill.
