The Kentucky birth index lists Prince A. Ramey, born 22 Mar 1912 in Breathitt Co. (a misindexing of Rowan Co.11), mother’s maiden name Emmie Ramey.
There are two death certificates for him. One, handwritten, stamped as delayed and undated, says Prince Ramey, age 12 years 6 months 4 days, born 22 Mar 1912 in Rowan Co., Ky, died 26 Sep 1924 in Cogswell, Rowan Co., Ky, father Henery Ramey, mother’s maiden name Vrnie Ramey, born born in Rowan Co., Ky, cause of death heart failure had no physician, informant Henery Ramey, Cogswell, burial in Alfrey Cemetery.
The other one, typed, says Henry Ramey, age 11 years 6 months 12 days, born 15 March 1913 in Rowan Co., Ky, died 26 Sep 1924 in Rowan Co., Ky, cause of death mastoid abscess died suddenly had no doctor, informant Luke Reed, Cogswell, Ky, burial in Alfreys graveyard.
Despite the difference of names and birthdates, I am concluding that these records are for the same child, since there is only one son of the right age range in the 1920 census, and it is very unlikely that two sons would die suddenly of natural causes on the same day.
