Notes for Mary Melvina “Vinie” Ramey
Her name appears in various records as Vina, Vinia, Vinie, Mary V, and Mary M, the latter in the 1880 census. Her gravestone is inscribed Mary Melvina Ramey, Dec 31, 1880 - Apr 3, 1968, but since she was listed as age 1 in the 1880 census, taken in June, she must have really been born in 1878 or 1879.
