This is apparently either an error, or a case of the name not being yet chosen when the birth was registered, because there is no record of Riddle child born to Pearl Adkins in 1933 or 1934 in the birth index, and the 1940 census lists a son Bobby, age 6.
The SSDI lists Bobbie R. Riddle, born 10 Nov 1933, died 2 Jan 1992, SSN issued in Kentucky before 1951. The Kentucky death index lists Bobbie R. Riddle, age 58, died 2 Jan 1992 in Morehead, residence Rowan Co.
