Her death certificate records Bethena Mays, age about 73, birthdate unknown, born in Ky, father James Fults, mother’s maiden name Sarah A. Conley, both born in Ky, cause of death lobar pneumonia, informant Green Fults, Christy, Ky, burial in Richardson Cemetery.

In 1920 she is listed in Morehead as Bethany Mays, age 64, widowed, with her son Jeff and his wife Susie.

I cannot find this family in the 1900 census.
