There is a death certificate for this child, #14599, that says on the name line (and in the cause of death) simply “Still Born”, date 21 June 1916, born in Bath Co., Ky, father Clarence Collins, mother’s maiden name May Medows, both born in Bath Co., Ky, informant F. P. Gudgel, Owingsville, burial in private graveyard. For some reason, Ancestry.com has indexed this certificate twice, once under the name Charles Stillborn, and once under the name Sarah Elizabeth Stillborn, even though neither given name appears on the certificate and there are no member/user edits.
