Devoted father of Michael (Lisa), Mitchel (Jennifer), Mark (Sharon), Christopher (Lisa), and Kimberly Manis. Proud grandfather of fourteen. Bill was a retired Navy veteran serving 20 years on submarines. In addition, he retired from General Electric. A memorial gathering will be held at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in New Richmond, OH, on Friday February 13th from 10AM until time of services at 11AM. Bill will be placed on Eternal Patrol through burial at sea by The United States Navy.”
