Scott, mother’s maiden name Florence Pettit, both born in Kentucky, cause of death “infection probably grippe followed by pleurisy on both sides embolus of the left femoral artery”, informant John Flood, 430 W. 3rd St, Lexington, burial in Lexington Cemetery.
