The 1900 census listed him as born in Oct 1891, and the 1910 census as age 18.

Notes for Eliza Ann Pergram
Her gravestone gives her birthdate as 24 Mar 1894, but the 1900 census records her as age 5, born Mar 1895. It is probably correct, since March 1894 would be only 10 months after the birth of her brother Herman.
