Since this date is only 10 months before the recorded birth of her sister Sarah Elizabeth, it is probable that either Charlotte was born in 1851, or Sarah was born in 1854. (The reports are collected during the spring from midwives and doctors, and are supposed to be for all births they attended during the previous calendar year.
