Downs, father John Daniels, mother’s maiden name Fannie Wills, both born in Ky, cause of death pulmonary tuberculosis, informant D. B. Downs, 1118 S. Garfield, burial in Woodside Cemetery.

The age is probably off by a year or two; she was recorded as age 2 in the 1880 census and age 32 in the 1910 census.
