“Mrs. Juanita R. Foster, 76, of 5009 Central Ave., Middletown, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 11, 1999, at Middletown Regional Hospital.
She was born in Berea, Ky., on Nov. 28, 1922, the daughter of Paul and Artie (Abrams) Robinson, and was a longtime Franklin resident. She was employed for 17 years as a beautician for the Curley Q Beauty Shop in Franklin.
Mrs. Foster was a lifelong member of the former United Church of Christ in Franklin, now the Conservative Congressional Christian Church. She was also a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 535 in Franklin, Amaranth of Middletown and the Tally Ho 8 Card Club. Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Jess V. "Red" Foster in 1989; and brothers John E. and Donald V. Robinson. She is survived by a son, Ron L. Foster of Midland, Mich.; a daughter, Carol A. Foster of Middletown; a sister, Lorena M. Ramsey of Franklin; and two grandchildren, Paul V. and Christopher J. Foster. Friends may call today from 5 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Eaton-Unglesby-Anderson Funeral Home, Franklin. Burial will be at Woodhill Cemetery.”
