In 1930 she was living in Middletown, Ohio with her son Marcus Powers, listed as Louisa Frisby, age 84, married, mother, b. Ky Ky Ky. I cannot find a death certificate for her in either Ohio or Kentucky. She probably died in Oklahoma.

Menifee Co., Ky marriage records list the marriage on 2 Jan 1892 of J. N. Frisby and Louiza Powers.
The date is rather odd, since the gravestone of James’ first wife Mildred gives her death date as 11 Jan 1892. But gravestones are often installed a considerable time after death, and whoever ordered the inscription for Mildred may have got her date of death wrong.

The surname should have been repeated for their son George.
