BATH CO - Elisha Bradley died aged 98 years at his residence near Wyoming. He leaves a wife aged 91 years who is blind, with whom he had lived 75 years.

It is not often that a man attains to this ripe old age, but such was the case with Elisha Bradley. Who died at his home, near Wyoming, Ky on Monday. Mr Bradley was born in Garrard Co Ky on the 12th day of August 1788. He leaves a wife Betsy Bradley age 91 years of age, with whom he had lived with for 75 years. They had 14 children, only seven of whom are living. Mr Elisha Bradley was the oldest in the county, the next oldest being Mr.James Moffett, who we understand is 97, with a fair prospect of reaching a hundred.
The reports of an age at death of 98 and a birthdate of 12 Aug 1783 are inconsistent; that birthdate would imply at age at death of 91.
