“Virginia K. Petry, 93, of Swiss died December 23, 2009, at CAMC Memorial Hospital. She was born November 25, 1916, in Prince and was a daughter of the late John Kenna and Lula Schollcraft Willard.
She was a member of Swiss Missionary Baptist Church and a homemaker.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, James H. and Debra Petry of Birmingham, Ala.; daughter, Judith K. Grimmett of Swiss; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be noon Monday, December 28, at Pennington Funeral Home, Gauley Bridge, with Minister Dennis Preast officiating. Burial will follow in Montgomery Memorial Park, London.”
