Most records during his lifetime were spelled Quesenberry or Quesenbery, but most descendants use the Quisenberry spelling.
He apparently died sometime between 1915, when their youngest son Randolph was born, and 1920, when Annie was recorded in the census as widowed. Unfortunately, the West Virginia Vital Statistics site28 does not have any death certificates for Summers Co. from 1909 through 1916. (It covers 1871 - 1872, 1874 - 1905, 1908, and 1917 - 1968.)

The reported birth date is very probably off by one year; all censuses are consistent with a birth date in Aug 1873.
