Notes for Isaac & Catherine (Family)
I do not know for sure whether Isaac and Catherine were ever married. (Elliott county marriage records are incomplete for the 1870’s.) The birth record for their daughter Cora contains a notation that they were not married at that time, but the birth record for their son James has no such note. So most likely they married some time between those two births.
