Nancy is probably Amos’s wife, rather than William and Elizabeth’s daughter, since Amos married in December 1949. (Perhaps she was listed before him because she was a year older.)
1860 census of Magoffin Co., Ky, enumerated 27 June, lists on p. 28 as family #190:
Willam Coffee Senr, 75, Baptist preacher, b. Ky; Elizabeth, 73, midwife, b. Va.
Three households below is the family of their son Amos D. Coffee.
