Menifee Co., Ky marriage index lists the marriage in 1884 of James B. Ingram and Margaret J. Cassity, records in marriage book 2, p. 110, and file 101. (I did not consult the books or file box for this marriage.)

1900 census of Menifee Co., Ky, Rothwell precinct, enumerated 20 June, lists on p. 10B as family #177:
Ingram, James B., 36, b. June 1863, farmer; Margaret, wife, 21, b. Aug 1878, married 14 years, mother of 5 children, 4 living; Willie, son, 14, b. Jan 1886; Pearlie May, dau, 9, b. Nov 1890; Charlie, son, 7, b. Nov 1892; Lou Ellen, dau, 1, b. June 1898. All born Ky Ky Ky.
The age for Margaret is obviously wrong; if correct it would mean she was married at age 7 by the marriage length reported here, or at age 5 or 6 by the marriage date in Menifee County records. She was recorded as age 3 in the 1870 census and age 12 in 1880. Perhaps the census taker misheard 31 as 21.

Ingram, Brack, 48, farmer; Margaret J., wife, 38, first marriage for both, married 24 years, mother of 7 children, 4 living; Pearly M., dau, 18; Charles, son, 17; Lou E., dau, 12; Eva., dau, 6. All born Ky Ky Ky.

The next household is headed by their son Charles, listed as age 29. The preceding household is headed by Floyd Ingram, age 30 (son of Brack’s brother Garrett.)
