Hall and Rose Ann Skaggs, who married Thurza Wellman, or with Price Hall born 13 June 1908 in Owsley Co., son of James Hall and Ada Noble, who married Ida Hamblin. All three of these Price Halls were recorded separately in 1930 in their own counties with their respective wives.
