The marriage is also recorded in the annual report of the Rowan Co. clerk to the Kentucky state auditor, but with the date 20 July 1859, as H. J. Epperhart, age 29, residence Rowan Co., born in Virginia, to Martha J. Stamper, age 20, residence Morgan Co., born Bath Co.

In 1860 Martha was listed with her parents, as Martha Epperhart age 20. Their son French was in the same household, with his age given as 7 months. I cannot find her husband under any name.
