Ora Dehart said that his brother Frank married Virgie Brown, "Bill's daughter".

Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 12, p. 67, records the marriage on 1 Jan 1920 of Frank Dehart, age 19, single, born in and resident of Rowan Co., son of W. P. & Susie Dehart, to Virgie Brown, age 15, single, born in and resident of Elliott Co., daughter of Bill and Dice Brown, at Wm Dehart’s by L. H. Forrest, minister of the Christian Church, witnesses Wm Brown and Dicia Doric Brown.

1930 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Haldeman precinct, enumerated 23 April, lists on p. 11A as family #193:
Dehart, Frank, 29, wheeler in brickyard, age at first marriage 19; Virgie, wife, 25, age at first marriage 14; Troy, son, 8; Nola, dau, 5 1/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.

I cannot find either Troy or Nola in the Kentucky birth index.
