Rowan Co. marriage register A, p. 80, records marriage of Levi Caudill and Bethany Caudill on 15 Nov 1893. The marriage is also recorded on the annual report to the state auditor, which gives the ages of groom and bride as 24 and 16, respectively. (The report spells the bride’s name as Bethena.)

Caudill, Levi, 30, b. Dec 1869, farmer; Bethana, wife, 22, b. 1878, marriage 6 years, mother of 3 children, 3 living; Craig, son, 4, b. Sep 1895; Clarence, son, 3, b. June 1896; Ida, dau, 2, b. Apr 1898.
(I’m skeptical of these birthdates. There are only 9 months between Sep 1895 and June 1896.)
1910 census of Delaware Co., Oklahoma, enumerated 2 May, lists on p. 9A as family #164/170:
Caudill, Levi, 41, widowed, farmer; Craig, son, 15; Clearance, son, 13; Ida, dau, 12; Everett, son, 8; Minnie F., dau, 3. All born Ky Ky Ky.
