Lewis Conn, 40, b. Jan 1860; Ila, 33, b. Apr 1870, married 22 years, mother of 7 children, 7 living; Luther, 23, b. Mar 1877; Harrison, 21, b. Apr 1879; Frank, 19, b. Jan 1881; Hattie, 18, b. May 1882; Pearl, 16, b. Apr 1884; Willie, 14, b. Jan 1889; Millard, 9, b. Feb 1891. All born in Kentucky Ky Ky.

Lewis and Ila had really been married only about 3 years. Note that the reported age and birthdate for Willie are inconsistent. The reported age for Pearl is also very different from her death certificate, which reported her birthdate as Oct 1887.

1910 census of Lewis Co., Ky, Grassy precinct, enumerated 30 April, lists on p. 10A as family #174/177:
Conn, Lewis, 50, 3rd marriage, b. Ky Va Ky, farmer; Hila, wife, 40, 2nd marriage, married 14 years, mother of 0 children.

This family is mostly in my database due to the potential confusion of the Hattie in this family with Hettie Conn who married Jessie Petitt. I wanted to document that Hettie and Hattie both appeared in the 1900 census, in separate families.
